Tai Chi at Abram Community Centre
Abram Community Centre, Vicarage Road, Abram, WN2 5QX
Monday mornings 10am till 11am & Friday evenings 5pm till 6pm
We will be practising Yang-style Tai Chi and will begin learning the Tai Chi 16 (see diagram).
First class is FREE
Then £6 per class
Practising Tai Chi and Qigong can benefit both mind and body, helping to improve balance, strength, and flexibility, while also reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. It is a gentle form of exercise suitable for all ages and fitness levels, combining slow, controlled movements with deep breathing and mindfulness.
Many of the movements are simple, but highly effective — often described as being like “oiling the joints”.
